This is a vintage Craftsman 66682 "Pearlitic" c clamp. This USA made, deep throated clamp is straight and true and immaculately clean, free of grease and grime. You may find typical nicks/scuffs/scratches/pits/etc but it's in really nice condition overall and is all ready to go to work for you today!
