Kurt D60 vise.  This one will need some cleaning or adjusting - the action is very stiff.  I can open and close it with one hand, but it takes a bit of effort. Its not gritty and doesn't jam up completely - I'd guess is has some gummed up coolant or grease in the lead screw.
Jaws not included.
Includes handle.
